We are a full service law firm with emphasis on land use, residential and commercial transactions committed to providing quality service. We handle purchases, sales, refinances and title closings. Our attorneys and legal assistants/paralegals come from a strong background of residential and commercial real estate, real estate sales, mortgages and commercial lending with over 35 years of experience.

Our legal services for real estate transactions include review of Contract of Sale and preparation and review of any amendments to the Contract. We coordinate with the Seller ’s attorney, Buyer’s attorney or a representative regarding Contract negotiations, contingencies, property inspections and documentation. We interface with Realtors and mortgage companies, order and review the title work and survey, prepare the necessary documentation for closing, attend closing, disburse funds and coordinate the recording of documents.

Our firm has represented a wide variety of developer clients. Our client base has included national and international developers of commercial, industrial and residential properties as well as smaller residential, commercial and industrial developers.

The practice includes significant concentrations in real estate transactions. We are familiar with the substantive and procedural processes of leasing, landlord negotiations, homeowner associations, condominium law, subdivisions and related compliance processes of site plan, subdivision, use variances and related compliance processes and issues.
